With the continuous process of learning, change, initiating new ideas, initiatives, SBSS has integrated a model of accompaniment process. SBSS gives and feels the importance and value of transparency and accountability in our functions, responsibilities and our organizations.

As SBSS has always made efforts towards transparency & accountability, bridging gaps in our stated values and reality, organizational decision-making process & practices, making an impact on external & internal environment.

As our skills & commitment becomes transparent & reflects high degree of accountability,
Provisions of information, communicating openly & honestly about we do and what we do not do, with what resources we have which brings responsibility on us to perform better and higher.

So how can we develop our

  • Systems or process to ensure transparency and accountability, brings responsibility on us to perform better & higher.

Looking to that aspect SBSS has launched a web based PME system, a tool called PARAM.

Param means an everlasting supreme state where we constantly strive for spiritual connotations in our activities.

It is strongly believed that the significance of spiritual element in our involvement with community gives us the cutting edge to our praxis.

With this understanding, if we look at Param pragmatically, it is as a tool which enables the diocesan partners to share their activities with CNI Resource Centers for Social Action and SBSS. This is a web based activity sharing tool where each DBSS can enter data related to a planned activity at this stage.

 Why PARAM ?

It helps DBSS in:

  • Quick and in time programme/activities reporting
  • No need to wait for the vouchers & bills
  • There is space for include/incorporate the outcome & expenditure pattern of any activities
  • It helps in monitoring the immediate results and help in future plan /strategy
  • It helps to know the status of Activity
  • Total planned activities
  • Completed/incomplete/conducted activities
  • Financial status
  • Outcome status of each activity (Quantative & Qualitative) and its follow up

At RCSA and SBSS level, the tool will help in
